Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge is seeking a Part-time Patient Service Representative. You will support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience on a 20-hour workweek schedule.

The role emphasizes high-volume patient interactions, accurate data entry, and efficient billing support within ambulatory care. Prior customer service experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients requesting appointments or information on tests and procedures.
• Schedules 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm with alternating 2 and 3 eight-hour shifts.
• Supports providers and care team to ensure a seamless and compassionate patient experience.
