Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian is seeking a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) for the Transplant ICU to enrich the patient and family experience from arrival to discharge. This role emphasizes compassionate, non-clinical support and seamless coordination with clinical staff.

You will greet and escort patients and visitors, assist with transport, meal delivery and supply replenishment, maintain clean, organized spaces, answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide overall non-clinical
