UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) on the Neuro Trauma Unit 8G at Presbyterian Hospital. You will greet and escort patients and visitors, help with transport, meals, and supplies, and ensure a smooth, compassionate hospital experience from arrival to discharge.

This non-clinical role does not involve bathing or medical procedures. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with starting pay of $19.00 per hour, based on experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients and visitors.
• Assist with patient transport, meal delivery, and supply replenishment.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and report maintenance needs.
• Answer phones, respond to call lights, and provide non-clinical assistance.
