UPMC Mage-Womens Hospital is seeking a Full Time Patient & Family Concierge to support the Oncology department. The role focuses on compassionate service to patients, families and staff, coordinating tests and procedures, and ensuring a smooth patient flow within the 28-bed oncology unit.

You will assemble meals, maintain clean spaces, replenish supplies, and deliver items to units while maintaining clear unit communications and assisting visitors and clinicians.

Qualifications

• General, compassionate service to staff, patients, families and visitors.
• Accurate coordination of patient tests and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and serve meals according to diet orders and patient needs.
• Clean, remove trash, organize patient rooms and public areas.
• Replenish supplies and deliver equipment, medication and materials to patient units.
• Maintain par levels and accurate unit communications, answer phones, paging and messages.
