Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer suitable menu options for allergies and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately for timely delivery.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work stations and tray line.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and facility confidentiality.
