The role requires 1 year of related experience, deals with dietary needs, and offers competitive pay—$16.00 to $17.00 per hour—with full benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure nutritional requirements are met.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, religious, or additional requests.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies; adhere to HACCP guidelines for food handling.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on specific diets as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation procedures.
