Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure nutritional requirements are met.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu options respecting allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assemble meals, manage tray tickets, and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Support dietitians and communicate issues promptly to supervisors.
