Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet dietary needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals per patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on specific diets.
• Complete required daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in food handling and delivery.
