Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at SMC Mary Black Campus in Spartanburg, SC. You will help patients select meals, assemble and deliver trays on a 12-hour shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm, 3.5 days per week with alternating weekends.

More details upon interview. Candidates with prior customer service or foodservice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection in a timely and accurate manner.
• Deliver and retrieve trays; maintain HACCP and HIPAA compliance.
