Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for Prisma Health Greer, SC. Shift is 7:00 am–4:00 pm with rotating weekends; $18.00 per hour. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure safety and accuracy of service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and deliver them on time.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and sanitation guidelines and assist dietitians as needed.
• Maintain accurate tray tickets and communicate concerns promptly.
