Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved Patient Care Technician training program required.
• Less than 1 year experience as a CNA or patient care tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and personal hygiene.
• Collect specimens and perform venipuncture/phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Administer IV care, monitor patient status, and document in health record.
• Prepare patients for providers and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity of patients.
