Qualifications

• PHLEB and EKG knowledge preferred; strong patient focus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age and needs, ensuring safety.
• Communicate with patients, nursing staff and care team.
• Support care plans from admission to discharge.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve job performance and care quality.
• Participate in unit PI activities and interdisciplinary collaboration
