• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong teamwork, accountability, and dedication to high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age, safety, education and related criteria.
• Communicate with patients, nursing staff and health care team about status and care.
• Take initiative to improve performance and contribute beyond basic duties.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and unit PI activities.
