Job summary

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older required.
• High School Diploma / GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and patient requests as directed by the primary care team.
• Assist with mobility-related requests and movement of patients to chairs, gurneys, beds, etc.
• Provide bed baths, showers, and other hygiene-related care as directed by nursing staff.
• Transport patient to and from locations as directed by care team.
• Promote infection prevention through standard precautions and hand hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bathing equipment and supplies.
• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety, including fall prevention and mobility assistance.
• Support nursing staff with non-clinical tasks during high-volume periods.
