Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in healthcare or hygiene assistance preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) KDADS training may be provided upon hire (preferred).
• Patient and family communication skills required.
• Ability to lift/move patients safely and follow infection prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call lights and patient requests as directed by the care team.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and personal hygiene.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean patient areas.
• Support infection prevention and skin integrity protocols as directed by nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to assess mobility needs and goals.
