Stormont Vail Health is seeking a part-time Care Team Partner to support patient care through transfers, hygiene tasks, and responsiveness to call lights. This role operates under licensed nursing supervision, emphasizing safety, comfort, and infection prevention.

The position involves stocking supplies, room upkeep, and assisting with mobility, grooming, and daily activities, while aligning with department guidelines and patient satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year healthcare or hygiene assistance experience preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide and related certifications may be required or provided.

Responsabilités

• Respond to call lights and patient requests as directed by the care team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and movement of patients to seating or beds.
• Provide bed baths, showers, and hygiene-related care as directed.
• Support grooming tasks and assist with personal care.
• Transport patients as needed and maintain infection prevention standards.
• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and participate in meetings/training.
