Qualifications

• Experience in front-office patient interactions or call center settings.
• Familiar with managing patient data and forms with accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a friendly presence and assist with check-in.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and balances.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals in Epic.
• Support care team with patient records and follow-up care.
