ForMotion clinics are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to enhance the patient experience and support clinic operations in the Las Vegas area. You will greet patients, register them, and help ensure accurate charting in the EMR while coordinating with clinicians and staff.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development in a Nordic-inspired, patient-first environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone inquiries, direct callers or initiate triage emails for clinical staff.
• Schedule appointments and update patient demographics and insurance information in the EMR.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and driver’s licenses and scan into EMR.
• Maintain complete patient records per company policies.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments as applicable.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, safe environment for patients.
• Provide admin support and promote paperless, tech-enabled processes.
• Support marketing efforts to strengthen local referral relationships.
• Foster professional relationships with patients and staff and participate in ongoing training.
