Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training program OR STNA/CNA certification OR nursing program with one clinical nursing course and rotation.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Successful completion of PCA/PCT training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including care and comfort, vital signs, and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Report changes to nurse and document care accurately.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in hand-off/report of patient needs.
