Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the patient care plan.
• Collects patient data and vitals and documents in the EMR.
• Recognizes changes in patient condition and communicates with licensed staff.
• Performs delegated procedures and uses equipment under supervision.
• Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
• Maintains patient records and supplies and assists with orders.
• Assists with patient transport and unit turnover as needed.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and collaborates with staff, patients, and families.
