Banner Health is hiring a CNA/Patient Care Assistant for the MOT unit in Greeley, Colorado. The role features 36 hours per week across three 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with weekend rotations and differential pay.

This full-time position requires a CNA license, current BLS, and a high school diploma. You will provide routine patient care, document in medical records, and support unit operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current CNA license in state of practice required for new hires/ transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Record vital signs, I/O, and other data; document in medical records.
• Communicate patient status and needs to care team; ensure continuity of care.
• Perform procedures under supervision and assist with unit operations.
• Handle receptionist/clerical tasks to support department workflow.
• Maintain patient records, supplies, and chart forms; assist with orders.
