Banner Health's Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland, WY seeks a Certified Patient Care Assistant to join the Medical/Surgical unit. You will provide routine patient care, assist with ADLs, and support the care team on a 12-hour PRN schedule with day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include vital signs, data collection, charting in the EMR, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. CNA certification and BLS are required; prior hospital experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice and BLS.
• 1 year medical clerical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Collect vital signs, document data, and support charting in EMR.
• Report abnormalities and ensure continuity of care between caregivers.
• Assist with procedures and transport patients as needed.
• Maintain supply levels and support unit operations.
