Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA/LNA) to serve as a resource float across hospital units. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers part-time DAY or full-time NIGHT shifts with self-scheduling, weekend/holiday rotations, and shift differentials. A strong onboarding and commitment to Banner Health values are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification (state) required for new hires.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Arizona LNA preferred (in AZ).

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and assist with ADLs.
• Document patient data and vital signs in the medical records.
• Assist with unit operations and supply management.
• Transcribe/process physician orders in the EMR under supervision.
• Support patient transport and unit turnover as needed.
