Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
• Record vitals and daily weights in EMR; document accurately.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge under RN supervision; set up rooms and manage belongings.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Handle errands and stock nursing area; maintain equipment and supplies.
