Qualifications

• Req High School or equivalent.
• Pref 1 year experience in a health care setting.
• Efficient English communication both verbal and written.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required or obtained within 30 days (LA City).

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes and supports RN with care planning.
• Performs essential skills to support positive patient outcomes per orders and RN direction.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and ensure proper equipment operation.
• Documents care, vital signs, intake/output and equipment usage accurately.
• Communicates plan of care clearly and collaborates with RN/Charge Nurse.
