Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other data in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Collect specimens and prepare them for testing.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of nursing area.
• Assist with patient positioning and transfers using proper techniques.
• Support infection prevention and use of PPE.
