Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and ambulation.
• Document vitals and patient data in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes and room setup.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated.
• Maintain stock of nursing supplies and clean equipment.
