Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or institutional setting.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Interviews each patient to obtain complete demographic and insurance information.
• Enters all patient information into the registration system accurately.
• Obtains necessary signatures and verifies third-party payer forms as needed.
• Reads physician orders to guide procedures and patient instructions.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.
