Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the ED and collect accurate demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enter patient data into the registration system accurately.
• Obtain necessary signatures and assist with payer forms.
• Explain financial obligations and arrange payment plans when needed.
• Assist patients with directions and information within the hospital.
