Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies and dress code while performing procedures.

• Record intake/outputs, monitor vital signs, and report changes promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; respond to call lights and requests promptly.
• Assist with transfers, packing personal items, and discharge processes.
• Support QA activities and participate in ongoing staff training.
