Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report abnormal vitals and glucose readings to the supervising nurse.
• Document in the EMR accurately and in detail when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient records.
• Assist with environmental care and supply management as required.
• Fulfill assigned duties and report changes in patient status to the nurse.
