Job summary

Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO seeks a Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse to provide population-specific care for critically ill patients. Responsibilities include cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and post-training competency development. Reports to Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Director.

Required are an accredited RN program, Missouri RN license, and current BLS/CPR. ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and TNCC/ATCN within 1 year are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN graduate from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Missouri RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire.
• TNCC or ATCN within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the unit by organizing and prioritizing care and collaborating with others.
• Holds self and staff accountable for work performance and patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with professional, regulatory, and government standards of care.
• Demonstrates knowledge of needs and tasks for the unit.
• Ensures completion of clinical procedures, documentation, and patient education.
