Job summary

The role requires MO licensure as an LPN, BLS within 6 months, and orientation completion. Education includes an approved Practical Nursing program; Medical Assistant credentials are preferred for MA

Qualifications

• Vital signs measurement and medical history taking.
• Administration of injections and immunizations as ordered.
• Documentation and charting in medical records.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional comportment.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs; obtain medical history; give injections and immunizations as ordered.
• Maintain current licensure and proficiencies; logs for reports; confidentiality.
• Other duties as requested by Physician, APN, and/or Mid-wife.

Education

Practical Nursing diploma
