Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans and supervisor directions.

The role involves identifying residents before procedures, maintaining accurate charting, and safeguarding patient confidentiality while assisting with daily living activities and mobility as needed. This position is located at the facility and requires adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristband/photo card before treatments.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and care as instructed.
