Job summary

CIEL Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide medication assistance and personal care to residents, following our established guidelines and standards. You will work under the Health and Wellness Director and participate in documented care processes to support resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities include accurate medication administration, narcotic counts, maintaining clean medication areas, updating EHR charts, and reporting changes in resident condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Medication Administration training/certification per state requirements.
• CNA certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Must have strong understanding of English and be able to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance and personal care to residents.
• Complete documentation per standards to ensure care services are provided.
• Participate in narcotic count and accurate inventory documentation.
• Administer medications as directed, following Right of Medication Administration.
• Maintain clean medication room and cart, and coordinate with pharmacy.
