Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like environment. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and compassionate services in daily living activities, medication observation, and ongoing care coordination.

The position requires CNA certification (preferred) or equivalent, a high school diploma, and a commitment to elderly care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during shift and check on them throughout shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions, including skin, behavior, weight and activity participation.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and security system notifications.
• Notify supervisor if a resident's care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve and collect food trays; report refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas; follow hygiene standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
