The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join our resident care team in Oregon. You will administer medications within your license, document outcomes, and support daily living activities for residents in a care-focused environment.

Under licensed nurse supervision, you will assist with personal care, monitoring, and engagement in activities to promote residents' wellbeing and safety while adhering to care plans and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision of a licensed nurse, administers medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administration and outcomes.
• Reports adverse reactions and significant changes to the nurse or supervisor.
• Provides personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene as directed.
• Assists in dining and monitors residents during activities and programs.
• Observes health and emotional condition and communicates changes promptly.
