Responsibilities

• Works under the general supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Administers medications according to health care provider instructions within license scope.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administration and any side effects.
• Provides personal care activities such as bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assists in dining rooms to provide resident care and monitoring.
• Engages residents in leisure activities and social programs.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' health and emotional condition to the nurse.
