Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications under supervision and within the scope of your license.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and outcomes.
• Provide resident care services as directed by care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support dining room activities and monitor residents during meals and activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in health or behavior to the nurse.
