Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a compassion for older adults.
• Must possess valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications according to physician orders on the MAR.
• Documents medications administered on the MAR per company policy.
• Checks MARs after administration and before end of shift for complete documentation.
• Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys; conducts narcotic counts as required.
• Provides essential resident care, assists other caregivers, and supports daily living activities.
