Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support residents with medications and daily living activities. The role emphasizes accurate medication passes, documentation, and adherence to policies and regulations in a compassionate care setting.

You will work full time, Sunday through Thursday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with competitive pay and benefits. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and state-required CPR/First Aid certification, plus at least one year of

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required by state regulations.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English required.
• Ability to document accurately and use technology for medication passes and notes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Notify Supervisor if medications are not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain confidential records of resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes and inform pharmacy of new orders.
• Assist caregivers and document incidents, reporting changes to a supervisor.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests; maintain safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values through mentoring and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
