Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Administer medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Support meals, dining, and recreation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and laundry services for residents.
