Good Samaritan is seeking a Medication Assistant to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in Canistota, SD. The MA works under a charge nurse, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, transfers, meals, and wellness programs to support residents in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Administering prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse, documenting outcomes, and communicating changes to the charge nurse are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
