The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications within the scope of license and provide daily resident care as outlined by care plans. The role operates on Day Shift with duties including personal care, feeding assistance, and monitoring residents’ health and well-being.

The position emphasizes working under licensed supervision, accurate documentation, and promoting safety, infection control, and resident engagement in activities and programs.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and effects.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as directed.
• Observe and report health and emotional changes to the nurse.
• Promote infection control and safety in the workplace.
• Provide companionship and support to residents.
