Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant to support residents in our assisted living program. You will administer medications under RN supervision, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain residents’ privacy and safety.

The role requires CNA/CHHA certification, 1 year of CNA/CHHA experience, and completion of medication administration training. CPR AED certification is preferred; MS Word proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• CNA/CHHA certification or equivalent required.
• 1 year of CNA/CHHA experience preferred.
• Successful completion of medication administration training and competency test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration under RN supervision.
• Provide personal care and ADL support.
• Document MARs and care plans; report changes to RN.
• Coordinate meals, light housekeeping, and laundry tasks.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety in all activities.
