Job summary
Living Well Assisted Living in Virginia Beach is seeking a Registered Medication Aide to join our residential care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with nurses and doctors to support quality of life.
The ideal candidate holds a CNA or PCA certification, is compassionate and reliable, and can lift or transfer residents as needed. You will work under limited supervision and contribute to a safe, respectful, and collaborative care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- CNA license or PCA certification.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and transferring
- Monitor food intake
- Monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
