Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and route calls or take messages.
• Greet patients and check in appointments electronically.
• Schedule and register patients for HBO therapy and wound care visits.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Maintain a neat waiting area and front desk.
• Assist with travel schedules, billing, coding and insurance authorizations as needed.
