Responsibilities include handling patient calls, portal messages, refills processing, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with the care team. This is a PRN role with benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA rules and regulations.
• 2 years of experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Field patient phone calls and voicemails in a professional manner.
• Process patient portal and EHR messages within established timeframes.
