Qualifications

• Accredited MA program (CAAHP/ABHES).
• Within 12 months, CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA/NPCE MA cert.
• BLS certification within 3 months.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, email and basic online navigation.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with preparation, vital signs, and documentation.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider direction.
• Prepare charts and ensure required documentation is filed.
• Coordinate scheduling for procedures, labs, X-rays, and surgeries.
• Communicate test results and care plans to patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Educate patients and families on discharge plans.
• Support training of new colleagues and cross-coverage.
• Escalate non-routine issues to the manager or provider.
