• Escorts patient to treatment room, obtains pertinent patient information for medical records, and documents information in the chart.
• Processes patient telephone calls and correspondence for the practice.
• Organizes and prioritizes duties to optimize efficiency and promote positive patient outcomes; scribe information regularly.
